During these tough economic times, many mattress sellers are falsely selling you returned and refurbed mattresses under the guise of being "new". These often come with non-removable covers which makes it less likely that you, the customer, will check the components of the mattress.


Both eBay accounts with large and small feedback scores are doing this. Business selling refurbed mattresses as new are putting the credible online mattress retailers at risk. Please be wary when purchasing mattresses online.

Roll-Up Mattress 

All mattresses are compressed using roller presses with over 10,000 lbs per square foot. The compressed mattresses are than folded and rolled for vacuum packing using state of the art technology.

That the colour and stitching of the removable cover may slightly differ from the images.

Whilst the vast majority of foam mattresses will expand exactly to the height in inches that is advertised, due to the nature of foam mattresses there is a small chanced your mattress may have a slight variance of upto 10% of the expected height. This is normal with all foam mattresses.


You may experience a faint "off-gas" smell, but as we use CertiPUR certified foam please be assured that this is not from any chemicals but rather from fresh new foams being vacuum packed. 

Once opened this smell should dissipate within 48 hours, or in a very small minority of cases, 72 hours. Please ensure there is air flow in the room to encourage any odours to dissipate as fast as possible


Tell me more about the technology used?


Visco-Elastic Memory Foam

A foam that has millions of tiny air holes, when pressure is applied to the foam the air escapes through these holes allowing it to mould to your body. This action requires the heat from your body make it work. As the foam moulds to your body, it helps keep your body aligned and relieves pressure on joints.

 

Reflex Foam 

Similar to memory foam but constructed differently. Reflex foam is made of bubbles that are displaced sideways when pressure is applied and return to their original position when pressure is relieved. This construction allows it to alter its shape to fit the body but provides firmer support than that of memory foam. Reflex foam is used as a base to the mattress as it is one of the best support layers used in memory foam mattresses

Delivery

Once your item has left our warehouse, we will update your eBay Order with the tracking information. 
The tracking number should be used on the courier website in order to help track delivery right up to your doorstep.
Don't forget to give us your full address and a working contact number to avoid any undue delays, so the delivery driver can keep in touch.

Not in? Not to worry!
We encourage customers to plan orders to ensure you'll be at home to receive your delivery (especially for bulky items that can't be posted through the letterbox or left in a 'safe spot'). 

Tracking your parcel on the courier website may give you the option to leave a note for the drive, reschedule the delivery or leave it with a neighbour. Please note that this service is not available to all couriers!

Returns

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from our eBay Store. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
 
Non Receipt Of Items
 
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of despatch. However, for Royal Mail to class the order as lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can arrange a replacement or a refund [this is a Royal Mail rule].
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you today we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver.
If you still haven't received it by the 15th working day, please contact us via eBay & we will investigate the matter for you.

Returns from outside the UK
 
If you purchase an item from our UK store then the return process is slightly different as we are based in the UK and you are taking the option to purchase from our UK Store. With this in mind, any return would be at the cost of the buyer.
 
Items Damaged in Transit
 
If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

If your item(s) are faulty on arrival, please advise us as such within 3 working days.

If You Change Your Mind (DSR)

If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.
