Warranties: 6 MONTH WARRANTY AND A 10 DAY ROR (Right of Return) NOTE: 6 Month Warranty is for END USERS ONLY and applies to Full price Buy It Now sale only - Dealer Warranty is 30 DAYS. Right of Return shall become null and void should it be determined that the equipment was subjected to undue abuse, involved in any type of mishap, incorrectly wired and/or used/maintained in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's published instructions.

Shipping:  We can ship with Fedex. UPS, or DHL.  NO USPS.  Note: Buyer pays for actual shipping charges plus insurance.  Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Payment:  We accept approved corporate Purchase Orders, Paypal with prior approval (max Paypal limit of $5,000), Wire Transfer, or Company Check with approval.
Also Visa, Master Card, American Express etc. (we do not accept Credit Card orders over $5,000) Massachusetts buyers pay SALES TAX.  If you are tax exempt you will need to provide documentation. Payment must be made within 5 days unless otherwise agreed to in advance.

International:   Payment by wire transfer and Paypal.

Packaging:   All units are packed with foam in place packaging.
