INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Wash the cover and cylinder head surfaces with solvent. Remove all traces of oil. The surfaces must be DRY (NO OIL OR LUBE OF ANY TYPE). TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS: Torque to 20-25 inch pounds, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! If the gasket is over tightened, it will cause the gasket to bulge or "pooch" out and leak. If that happens then back off on the torque. Optional: Use Loctite on the bolts. TO REUSE GASKET: Wash gasket briefly in hot soapy water. Rinse gasket off and dry all surfaces completely.
