DESCRIPTION:
The Scratch Doctor 'Canvas Dye & Colour Boost Kit' is designed to recolour, restore & repair your soft top convertible. Bring your roof back to life, change its colour or just give it a nice freshen up. This kit includes Colour Boost Technology designed to thin the canvas dye and help the dye penetrate into the stubborn fibres canvas has.

HOW TO USE:
Step 1: First of all you want to remove any dirt and mould from the roof. You can do this by using our Deep Cleaner or Mould Remover.
Step 2: Prepare your canvas dye. You want to get yourself a reasonable size container and mix the canvas dye and colour boost together using a ratio of 1 part Colour Boost to 2 part Canvas Dye, once done mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Once all canvas dye and colour boost is prepared, take a sponge and wrap it in a clean cloth, use this to apply the canvas dye directly onto the roof of the car. Work the dye into the material to ensure it absorbs deep into the fibres. This can be built up in several layers to completely hide the original colour.
There is no need to worry if any canvas dye has been spilt onto the metalwork of the vehicle as this product is completely waterbased and is easily wiped off with a wet cloth.
Step 4: Once satisfied that your roof is sufficently coloured, let it dry.
You can protect your soft top from any future dirt, staining and fading using our Canvas Protector, this makes the roof easier to clean and maintain.

This kit is suitable for a 2 seater convertible and includes 500ml Canvas Dye and 250ml Colour Boost.

To ensure you order the correct colour for your vehicle, you'll need to find your car's paint colour code. The specific colour code for your car can be found on a manufacturer plate attached to your vehicle. If you are not sure where to locate this then please contact us for further assistance. Alternatively, if you contact your local dealership and speak to the “Parts Department” they should be able to provide this information from your Registration or VIN number.
