We deliver packages worldwide through the fast courier service and dispatch within 24 hours from the order.

  • For multiple purchase we do COMBINED DELIVERIES, in order to save on delivery costs. In this case we ask you to wait for our statement of order with the definitive total order value before doing the payment. For any doubt or any request you could contact us. The delivery of the purchased products can be provided in this ways:
  • Delivery to the Client’s home at the address specified on the order. Only for payments through Paypal we accept the address given by the Client at the time of payment and not the addresses of the registered accounts or sent by email. The delivery to the recipient’s home is certified by the signature of the recipient, i.e. the person who is allowed to collect the package. In case of non-deliver due to the absence of any recipient, a first advice is let by the courier (copy of the consignment note); then the recipient is invited to contact as soon as possible the courier to combine a delivery or a retreat at its seat.
When receiving your order, we suggest you to verify the integrity of the packages. In case of any defect you should make the courier note these observations and refuse the delivery, or keep the package and write “goods received unchecked” on the waybill that has to be signed and handed back to the courier. On the contrary, the possibility to assert your rights upon the insurance of damages (if specifically requested or already included in the delivery) will be invalidated. If the order has still not been collected after the free stocking period (which is different for every courier) the client will be charged of the costs incurred by the Seller (case opening and stocking costs at the Courier’s seat)

Directive 2011/83/UE on Consumer Rights, states that:

Only if the client of a contract is a Consumer (the definition of consumer covers natural persons who are acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession)  s/he has a period of 14 days from the day s/he or a third party nominated by the Client and different from the Courier acquires the possession of the goods, to withdraw from the contract communicating it to the Seller without incurring any costs and without giving any reason.
