Shipping Information

BlackSun is pleased to ship our products to our customers in Canada, the USA and abroad. BlackSun would like to remind our customers that BlackSun will only declare the invoiced value of merchandise on shipping documents. BlackSun also reminds our US customers that US Customs may require a Customs Broker and will require the importer of the merchandise to provide to US Customs their Tax ID Number. BlackSun would like to remind the purchaser that the purchaser will be responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs Brokerage fees incurred.

Worldwide shipping charges MAY vary. The quoted shipping cost is determined as an estimate based on an average of the most common European markets.

BlackSun is please to offer shipping insurance on any product shipped. Insurance, and the respective incurred cost is at the option of the purchaser.

In the event of a product return BlackSun will not be responsible for the associated shipping costs to the purchaser or the shipping costs of the return to BlackSun.

Title and risk is deemed to pass to the buyer once BlackSun delivers the goods to the shipping or transport company. The listing of all BlackSun items occurs in the Province of Saskatchewan and as such the buyer accepts that the contract is deemed to have been accepted and formed in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Product Warranty Information - 60 Day BlackSun Return Warranty (Manufacturer's Warranty Not Transferable)

This product has no manufacturer warranty. This product has BlackSun 60 Day Return Warranty on hardware functionality from the date of purchase. If you have questions regarding our warranty please call 1.866.232.9265.

BlackSun warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that affect product functionality for the 60 Day Warranty Period. BlackSun warranty does not include a "warranty of fitness for a particular purpose". If defects, cosmetic or otherwise, are disclosed in the listing, no warranty is provided. If the purchaser encounters a defect within the 60 Day Warranty Period, Blacksun will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to the purchaser provided the product has been returned to BlackSun at its head office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. BlackSun will not be responsible for carriage and transportation costs of the product return. Products being returned must be properly packaged in the original BlackSun packaging or, in the alternative, suitable packaging approved by BlackSun prior to shipping. To obtain warranty the purchaser must first contact BlackSun to obtain a "Return Material Authorization (RMA) number." Upon return the purchaser must note the RMA number and, in the case of international returns, must make proper notations on the commercial invoice indicating the product is being "returned for repair". BlackSun's 60 Day Return Warranty does not include; i) normal wear and tear ii) abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect iii) damage caused during installation iv) damage caused by the use of ancillary equipment v) damage caused by modification or repair not authorized by BlackSun vi) damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging vii) damage caused by lack of protection by way of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) viii) products that are determined to be stolen. BlackSun will only be responsible for refunding the purchase cost of the product and is not responsible for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, downtime, goodwill, damage or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with BlackSun products.

Return Policy

Purchased items may be returned to BlackSun within 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchasers must obtain an RMA number prior to the return of a purchased product. BlackSun will not be responsible for carriage and transportation costs of the product return. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable to the purchaser. Products being returned must be properly packaged in the original BlackSun packaging or, in the alternative, suitable packaging approved by BlackSun prior to shipping. Purchasers will be charged a 15% restocking fee for non-defective product returns.
