OTHER: Morris is an heirloom collard green with tender leaves. It has been nicknamed ‘Cabbage Collards’ because its wide leaves on short stems form loose cabbage-like heads, & morris 'heading' for the same reason. It is a popular southern variety that can be spring or fall planted. The plants are slow to bolt & tolerate heat well. They are also tolerant of some frost, & a bit of frost actually enhances the flavor. The young leaves are the most tender & have the best flavor, but can be picked up to 10" long.
