Shipping Policy:
1. Youkits shipping is processed by TNT express or EMS.
2. Leading time is about 5 business days(TNT), 15 days(EMS). TNT will not ship to PO BOX.
3. Shipping is directly from factory in China to your door.
4. Package will be marked as "Ham radio unit" or "Ham radio parts".
5. Tracking no. always be updated in your paypal system.
6. All importing tax and brokerage fee is not included in shipping which on buyer's side.
Exchange and return policy.
1. All Youkits products have 1 year factory warranty.
2. For finished products we do directly exchange 1 month after your purchase if it does not fuction well.
3. We supply parts for current products free of charge for 1 year. After that shipping charge is on buyer's side.
4. Return is acceptable for all finished products within 30 days of purchase.
5. The shipping for the unit back to Youkits is on buyer side.
6. All return and exchange will be processed after the unit is shipped back to Youkits.
7. Please pack the unit well before shipping back. The damage in shipping will cause deduction from your payment.
8. No return for kit products. However we would like to help to check the unfinished kit, but the shipping cost is on buyer's side.
