We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment (excluding orders placed on weekends & Bank Holidays)
We offer FREE standard delivery on all items (3-5 working days) or various express options, including guaranteed next day (exclusions apply)
If your item hasn’t arrived within the time period stated on your order, please notify us straight away.

Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy on all items, however please contact us prior to returning the item as we may be able to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution.
If you choose to return your order under the 30 day returns policy the order must be returned at your own cost and proof of delivery is recommended as we are not liable for returned items not arriving.
If applicable we request that all items are returned in original packaging & complete with any accessories supplied.
If the item is returned damaged / parts missing it will not be liable for a refund.
Please note a 15% re-stocking fee is applied to all returned items excluding faulty / incorrect / not as described.
We accept PayPal or credit / debit card payments , please note if paying by ‘e-cheque’ your order will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared in our PayPal account.
