Declaration Notices: on parcels cannot be declared at a lower value. All orders will be declared at cost price.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return. We will deduct 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.
Australian Delivery Times: All delivery takes 6-10 days for major cities, 10-14 days for regional areas. These are working days and do not include weekends.
Fragrances are considered as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for 3 day express shipping.

Brazil & Israel Delivery Times: For deliveries to Brazil please allow up to 3 months due to local custom delays, and regular postal strikes.
