5 mounting point disc brake model. Don't worry if you only have the 3 mounting point version on at the moment these will still fit as caliper mounting points are in the same place. Extra 2 mounting points are for the number plate.

Distance between 2 caliper mounting holes: 70mm

Distance from top caliper mounting hole to edge of fork: 35mm

Distance from bottom caliper mounting hole to edge of fork: 12mm

Fork tube diameter: 30mm

Distance between number plate mounting points of right fork leg: 170mm
