All orders are shipped within one business day. We ship all of our items USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you prefer a certain shipping method, please contact us for details and additional costs. We ship Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Cut off time for same day shipping is 12cst Monday-Friday and 10am Saturday.

Please be kind when leaving feedback and seller ratings. If there is a problem with your order or you are not fully satisfied please contact us first. Customer service is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we offer returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Only unused unopened items are eligible for returns. All item must be returned in the condition you received it for a refund to be granted. All warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacture.
