Fining agent for quick clarification of wine and spirit wash

SmartClear A & B is applied directly to the beverage once fermentation is complete and 

the beverage has been stabilised. 

- Add SmartClear A first and stir well, leave for 1 hour

- Add SmartClear B, stir well again and leave to clear
