Shipping for EVERYWHERE outside the UK is by the Royal Mail's International Signed service or International Tracked & Signed if Royal Mail can send that way to your country. If necessary, we will include extra insurance upto GBP 250. It usually takes 3-5 days but can occasionally take a little longer (officially it can take upto 30 days but it hardly ever takes anywhere near that long). Price for international shipping is £10.00 (GBP 10.00). Sorry, we don't offer a cheap shipping option without tracking/insurance. All we can suggest is you buy something else too and get it sent in the same package to combine on shipping.
