We offer very good price for International orders.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it 3 to 4 days after dispatch, 5 or more for some location.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during Shipping, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Shipping carrier claim will be open before refund or replacement.

Local Duty and Tax are buyer's responsibility, we are not responsible for local duty/tax.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Restock fee 20% may apply to cover the original shipping. Please make sure to read the description before purchase. If we send the wrong product, we will cover shipping both ways, no restock fee.

We ship from both USA and our Taiwan warehouse.

Oregan warehouse - Ships with FedEx Ground service, delivery time is 2 to 7 days within US. No local pickup or express shipping available.

Taiwan - Ships with Fedex 3 to 5 days delivery with signature on delivery ( Signature required )

Shipping Time from Taiwan warehouse:

USA : 3 to 5 business days, no duty or tax for US buyers.

Euro: 4 to 5 days. Buyer is responsible for local duty and tax.

Asia : 2 to 4 days EMS or Fedex express

Rest of the world, Fedex or EMS, 3 to 7 days delivery.
