Payment
Payment: We are happy to accept Pay Pal, personal or business cheques which can take up to five to ten working days to clearly. If you do experience any problems with your Pay Pal account we are happy to accept uncrossed Postal Orders. To ensure we receive your payment; it is in your best interest to send it by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Credit and Debit Card payments; We can accept payment over the phone with your Credit or Debit Card. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal. Please contact us on + 44 (0) 1423 509050 or + 44 (0) 1423 536353 after your purchase to make payment with your Credit or Debit Card.
Please note that paying by e Cheque through Pay Pal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Pay pal system (check with Pay Pal on the expected clearance date). Once your e Cheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched the next working day.
Refunds: Please read terms & conditions before making a purchase. We provide a refund for items purchased within 7 days. Up to 10% charge will be deducted from your purchase price to cover eBay & credit card charges we encore.
P+P is non-refundable.
Please make sure the goods are returned to us in the same pristine condition in there original box & packaging etc. You will be responsible for the cost of return delivery & safe return of the goods. If the goods are returned without care & are damaged in transit, we will not be able to offer a refund, so please make sure you pack the goods so no damage can occur. Please enclose a covering letter with you goods.
Shipping
Shipping All our items are in stock & once we have received your payment & it has cleared, your order will be dispatched the same working day or the next working day, our deliveries are carried out by courier companies or Royal Mail recorded which will require a signature from you to receive your goods. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Please provide us with a contact telephone number in your payment details so the courier can contact you if necessary.
If you miss your delivery, you can request a redelivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Redelivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instructions are made to the courier firm. If you fail to receive the goods on the second attempt, the goods will be held at the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If how ever no collection or arrangements are made, the goods will be returned to us with a return charge, the purchaser must meet this charge.
UK Delivery -Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. normally 1- 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Northern Ireland BT post codes -For Southern Ireland please make an enquiry regarding postage cost first. Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for -normally 2 - 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for - normally 3 - 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Addresses: Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through Pay pal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure. We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed Pay Pal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.
Post & Packaging: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of Post & Packaging. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
