Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. You may need a PayPal account filed in your ebay account.

Payment must be cleared within 7 days after the auction is closed, or a buy-it-now item is purchased by you. If you are not able to make a payment in time, please contact us first.

eBay might open non-payment case on a buyer's account if the buyer never pay within 1 month. To keep you have a good standing with eBay, please abide by the policy. If you contact us to cancel the order within 1 month, such non-payment case will not be set on your account.

If you are using PayPal e-check to clear your payment, we normally need 3-5 days to clear your payment. Your order will be processed after the PayPal eCheck is cleared.

Delivery details

Orders usually ship out 1 business day of confirmed payment.

For orders shipped to United States, we use ePacket Delivery from China. Each order is securely sent through registered parcel and tracking numbers will be uploaded into eBay system after we handle the order. Buyers will receive such updates and the integrated tracking system on eBay will show up the shipping status for you by clicking the tracking number. Shipping time mainly takes 14-25 business days. If you have not received your order after waiting 25 days, please contact us.

For orders shipped to other countries or regions all over the world, we use China Post First Class Registered Airmail service. Each order also has a tracking number available in our warehousing system. Buyers need tocontact us to get such tracking numbers. Shipping time mainly takes 15-30 business days. Delivery time varies from country to country, and those international shipment may also delayed by custom clearance, or your local post office work efficiency, which is not controled by us. But we guarantee a safe - no hassel - shipping for all our customers. You can contact us for a solution if you still don't receive your order 30 days after the payment is made.
