This is a cool vintage "My Wind-Up Boat" by Ja-Ru toys as pictured. It is about 5.5" including the motor and is plastic. The wind-up motor turns on a pivot point so you can have the boat go forward, left, or right. It doesn't mention it on the package, but I assume it floats...

This was originally a cheap toy so the blistercard is very thing cardboard. Because it wasn't meant to last, there is a lot of wear on the blistercard. The blister itself is has crush damage as well.

I will reinforce the blistercard with cardboard for shipment
