Sales Tax and other charges
- All shipments to California are subject to a 7.75% sales tax.
- For all shipments going outside of the contigous 48 states, buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes, brokage and related charges.
Shipping Services
- FREE UPS ground delivery within the contiguous United States
- Please email us with your Postal Code for shipping quote to HI, AK or Canada
- Be sure to have your correct physical shipping address (no PO box or APO/FPO) along with your payment
- All damages/shortages must be reported to us with supporting photos within 24 hours from time of delivery, so that we can file a claim for you in a timely manner. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging of the shipment for any return.
Returns
- You may return an unused, un-installed, undamaged item with its original box and packaging in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund less all shipping costs occurred (even when it was free shipping at time of purchase).
- All returns MUST be pre-authorized by us.
- Please note that it usually takes us 2-4 business days to process returns after they arrive at our location. We will notify you via e-mail after the return is processed.
Warranty
- Unless noted otherwise, all of our items come with a 30-day limited manufacturer warranty (for USA only) from the date of delivery.
- Supporting pictures of the affected area are required. If we determine the item is defective, at our sole discretion, the part or product will be repaired or returned for a replacement or a refund.
- This warranty is voided if the item has been subjected to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident or other damage; if it was not installed properly; if it was modified or altered in any way.
