Shipping Response Time: Most of the orders will be shipped within same business day for the payments received by 2:00pm PST, please chose proper shipping method during checkout according to your urgency, delivery time normally takes 3-7 business days for all Domestic Orders and 2-3 weeks for International orders.

Returns
Money Back Guarantee and Replacement Warranty terms start from date of purchase. You may find duration and special conditions in item description. Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by UBatteries Customer Service Department. To receive an RMA number please send us an e-mail through eBay messaging system or open a Return Request on eBay reference your eBay User ID, Item Number and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item. All products must be returned in original packing materials, retail box, UPC or other original warranty labels in place with all included manuals, cables, software, etc. In Case of DOA we will cover any shipping charges up to 14 days from date of purchase, after that buyer will be responsible for any related S&H, no Return after 30 days.
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 10 days after the delivery date.
Shipping cost is nonrefundable if the order already shipped out and returns to us; Even if the order is defective, shipping cost related to Free Shipping Promotion will be adjusted and applied to any returned item before refund.
All returns must have a copy of the invoice or Order# on a piece of notes for identification purpose. Please carefully package all returns. We will not issue a refund for damaged condition packages.
In case of return of non-defective product, please be advised that:
