1. We accept PayPal only. Credit card or e-Check via PayPal will be accepted. NO PICK UP and NO CASH ACCEPTED.

2. Please be aware that the e-Check would take 2-7 working days to be cleared, we prefer instant payment directly from PayPal

3. Payment is needed to be completed within 3 days once you have purchased the products.

Shipping

1. All items will be dispatched within 24 hours

(excluding weekends or public holidays, special circumstances will be listed clearly in the listing or informed by messages/e-mails).

2. The shipping is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the parcel.

Once the parcel was confirmed as lost by the post office/couriers after 15 working days waiting, a new item will be sent out or full refund will beprovided.

4. If buyer provided wrong address and the parcel returned to sender at last,buyer should pay for the shipping fee to resend the item

to the new address or we will only refund 90% of the item price for free shipping items, item price refund for the item that come with shipping if you need refund.

Return Policy

1. Customers who purchase items within 90 Manufacturer’s Warranty; please e-mail us with photos or videos to show the item problem if there is any,
once we have received the email, we will contact our customer to arrange the return details.
2. Customers who purchase items want to change mind, please kindly read the following returning details:

c: The period of 30 days is calculated from the date the item is dispatched.

f: If the item you would like to return is an unwanted gift from other eBay buyer, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's account.
The refund will be done through Paypal and it will be transferred to the original account only.
