You are buying an extremely rare 1oz Australian Koala Chinese Privy Mark PCGS MS69coin, minted exclusively for the Chinese Market by the Perth Mint!  The Australian Koala coins have featured a unique design each year since its debut in 2007, and this year's coin is no exception.   The $1 Silver Australia Koala coin is minted to order, so the mintage of these beautiful coins fluctuates annually.   The obverse design is Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with inscriptions, while the reverse is the current design Koala for this year.

The 2014 1oz Silver Koala with Chinese characters translate as "Auspiciuos Year of Horse."  It was a project the Perth Mint did for China Gold Coin.  The series didn't do well, so they ended up canceling the series, thus making this series very scarce.  Just recently Perth Mint released information stating there is an extremely low declared mintage of only 8,397 BU Version coins.  Most were made for COMPLETE SETS, but rumors are about 500 BU version coin have been made available in the West.

Bullion Policy
  • As with all bullion and bullion related items, price may fluctuate up or down after the purchase. Once you buy you are locked in and may not cancel your order for any reason. Price adjustments are not made after you purchase regardless of price increase or decrease.
Listing Error
  • Occoins2015 will not honor any sale where a typographical or computer error is made as determined by either us or by eBay.

Product Photo Policy

  • Occoins2015 attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. We take many of our photos in house and due to reflection there may appear to be 'black' on the coin when there is not. If a coin has a color in it at all it will be described as 'colorized' in the description or title. Due to the large inventory we sell, we will use stock photos and you will not get the serial number as shown unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Missing or Wrong Item in Order

  • All order processing is done under video surveillance from start to finish. If you receive the wrong or missing item(s) in your order please contact us. We will review our electronic inventory system and video surveillance to determine if a mistake or error has occurred. We will then contact you and proceed from there.
