Warranty

This radio comes with a 30 day warranty that starts from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all the functions that are verified to be in working order in the listing so please be mindful of any listed blemishes or defects. All radios come with a tamper evident VOID sticker which will void the warranty if removed or cut. If we receive a radio that has been tampered with, the warranty will be voided and the item will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange. If you have any questions please contact us.

Condition

We sell a used product at a discounted price so your purchase may have general wear aside from the advertised blemishes. Please look carefully at the pictures and do not hesitate to get in touch with any specific questions on function or condition.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please contact us by eBay message and we will be happy to assist in troubleshooting and generate an RMA in our system if necessary. In the case of an incorrect part purchaesd, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and we will exchange for the correct part for only the difference in price due. If a return is preferred, we will refund less 10% restocking fee and actual shipping charges incurred when we initially shipped the item to you. If the purchased part is correct for the vehicle but there is a defect found that was not covered in the "Blemish" details, we will generate a prepaid return label and exchange or refund the item for no additional cost as long as it's received within the 30 day return window.

Shipping

Standard handling time is 1 full business day but it can sometimes vary. If time is an important factor in your purchase, please let us know beforehand so we can verify there will be no delays and expedite handling if possible. We generally ship UPS but may sometimes ship USPS or FedEx instead. If you have a specific preference, please let us know before purchase and in the notes upon checkout. Although we package carefully, damages can occur in transit so if you have received a damaged item, please let us know by eBay messages and we would be happy to exchange or refund with a prepaid shipping label provided.
