2SC1969 (CB-20W) ELEFLOW
This is a new 2SC1969 (CB-20W) Eleflow replacement RF power transistor for CB/HAM radios.
The 2SC1969 was used and still is used in countless makes and models of multimode type 10 metre and Citizen Band transceivers as a final RF output and is probably the most popular medium power RF transistor ever produced.
NOTE: Transistors may be marked "C1969" or "CB-20W" (discontinued) as pictures depending on stock availability.
MATCHED PAIRS: Matched pairs of 2SC1969 can be purchased using the drop down box for pack sizes - pairs are matched within 2 hFE although most will be the same.
WARNING- 2SC1969 FAKES & REFURBISHED!
The 2SC1969 transistor was discontinued by Mitsubishi in 2003 and like so many devices of this type is now highly counterfeited, many of these Fakes and also refurbished parts (used pulls) are widely available on the market and can be purchased at cheap prices but many are of poor quality and in most cases do not even work - you have been warned!

2, NOTE! Bias/base voltages are critical and should not exceed 0.7v, Bias idling current should be set to 45-55ma. When using CB-20W (2SC1969) to replace 2SC2312 due to higher power gain in some transceivers it may be necessary to remove 560pf capacitor(s) between base & emitter of transistor for best SSB audio - for example UNIDEN PC-999 = C188/C189, PC-833 = C206, PB-010 = C199, UNIDEN/RANGER EPT360013/14 = C170/C208.
