Florida Residency Sales Tax
All items won by Florida residents will be subject to 7% sales tax. If you are a

reseller, you can e-mail or fax your current reseller certificate

to waive sales tax on this purchase.

Returns & Warranty

Repair & Parts Items - are sold "AS IS" and returns are not offered unless the

item you receive was not properly described in the auction.

Items sold with a 14 day right of return. If an item is sold with a 14 day return

privilege, we must be notified within 14 days from the date of delivery.

These items can be returned for any reason within the 14 day right of return period

(in original condition, providing all security seals are intact), for a refund,

excluding shipping & handling. An item may only be returned with an RMA

(return material authorization) number. To obtain an RMA, please contact us

within your 14 days, after the initial delivery date by e-mail through eBay's mail

system. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and

expend our best efforts to ensure our customers are satisfied!
