• Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery,and MUST be brand new.

​​​​​​​• All returned merchandise must be in original, undamaged packaging (Including case, certificate of authenticity, etc.) We do NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition.

• When we receive the returned item, if it meets the above-mentioned requirements, we will issue a refund, restocking fees may apply.

• Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. Excluding Weekends and Holidays and ESTIMATED​​​​​​​ to be delivered within a week of placing your order.

• If an item is out of stock, back ordered, or ordered during the holiday season (Nov-Dec) you might experience a delay in shipment.
