We use the latest in professional chart design software to start the conversion or creation process.  Unlike other similar sellers, we then spend many hours on each chart manually adjusting the design, to ensure a superior quality product that you can be proud of the finished results.

All charts are worked in FULL stitches, with shade variations to define areas.  By using the recommended fabric stated in Chart Details below, you will create the best possible finished product with the stated size.

Ø    Colour print of finished design – this is what your product will look like when finished

Please use checkout after you have finished your purchase/s. The eBay system will guide you through available options and if necessary, will combine your purchases and offer discounted combined postage for Australian buyers.

Payment:

Payment to be made within 3 days from purchase.

Australian buyers:           Direct deposit to bank account or PayPal

International buyers:      PayPal only

 

Postage:

Items will be posted within 1 business day of cleared payment being received;  you should receive your package within 3-15 working days.   Combined postage rates are available.

Note to overseas purchasers:   Combined postage will need to be calculated depending on number of charts purchased and weight of package.

 

Returns or Refunds:

Due to the nature of the product, it can be easily copied, returns or refunds are NOT available.   Should there be a fault or a page missing, we will email another copy.
