| No sales tax or other additional costs are added to any order containing grocery items. All of the transactions are made in US$. Payment must be received within 10 days after the transaction. For convenience and security reasons we prefer Paypal as a form of payment. Payment is always verified prior to shipping. |

| RETURNS |
| Any damage sustained during the shipment is the responsability of the shipper (UPS/USPS). There is NO REFUND for lost shipments when the mailing was done without insurance. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order includes a product you didn't order, simply contact us and return the products postmarked within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the product or return your money, as long as the products are unopened, in their original packaging. Whenever funds are returned, we do not return the shipping & handling fees. |
