Shipping 

We ship all items within 24 hours or the same day event.All orders we ship on a 48 hours service as a standard.Small parcels up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail and larger items will be sent by different courier DPD,UPS,HERMES or other courier's .All orders can be upgraded to a 24 hours service.(Please check additional charges for upgrading to a 24 hours service.)

Returns & Feedback

We try to be fair to all our customers ,you can return product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased the item.But we do not offer the refund without returning the item .

Any product that you return must be in the same condition you received,  

If there is a problem with the your order,we can work together to resolve the problem.
