We accept Card, BAC's, Paypal Or Cheque.  Manufacturing can only be undertaken once payment is cleared.  If the size needs be changed once already delivered, then a £24.99 collection/handling charge is to be paid in full prior, and we can only resend the new gate once the previous gate is received back to our workshop (beware remaking charge may occur depending on size) - so if you have a specific size you require, make every effort to make sure we receive the size either through email, or the drop down menu on this screen - remember to press save otherwise we will not receive your message (in paypal).  Being a natural material, please allow +/- tolerance of 5-8mm.  Although we use the finest redwood available, we (All-Gates UK Ltd) cannot be liable for any splits, twisting, warping, bowing, shrinking, expanding as these are natural movements of the timber being used and will change during the different seasons.  As a buyer, you are taking this into account before purchase.  Packaging is see through so please check for damages before signing for delivery, if you do spot damage, do not sign and have it returned as damaged - we cannot do anything once signed for as received in good order.  Gates should be installed by an experienced installer.  Door stops should be used to minimise the gate from moving from its original shape and help keep nice a true.  Correct sized hinges are necessary along with top and bottom bolts (tower bolts or brenton padbolts) to help security and to help keep the gate in its original condition.  Pairs of gates are usually supplied with a centre meeting cover strip, allowing you to create a rebate for the master gate/door, this also helps keep the pair of gates true to one another.
