• The Micklem bridle is designed from the inside out to fit the horses skull and is the most comfortable bridle ever invented.
• The bridle will suit all different types of people from riding schools for lunging riders, parents who need to lead their children and professional riders who are looking for the winning edge and happier horses.
• The bridle avoids sensitive facial nerves and spreads pressure over a wide padded headpiece rather than being concentrated on a narrow noseband.

Old Mill Saddlery started out in 1985, when our Managing Director Robert Patton spotted a niche for supplying, manufacturing and repairing horse wear and tack. Robert has an extensive background with horses, show jumping ponies from the age of ten and moving on to point-to-point riding at sixteen. Robert continued to ride over the next twenty years and was lucky enough to win a Northern Championship in 1999.

Over the past number of years we have gone from strength to strength, always keeping to our core values of quality, customer care and value for money.

Our business has continued to expand and in 2015 we began construction for a second warehouse to accommodate our extensive range of stock which hosts a range of equestrian brands including Ariat, Horseware, Samshield, Freejump, Mountain Horse, Dubarry, Caldene, Toggi, Equine America, Horse First and Pikeur to name but a few.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to provide our customers with an unparalleled service that is second to none. We can deliver worldwide, and aim to provide speedy, yet reliable dispatch to our customers.

DISPATCH TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 1 working day. This may vary during peak periods. Most orders to the UK or Ireland will be dispatched on either a 24hr or 48hr service.

Items that are personalised, made to order or are awaiting stock are dispatched within one working day of receipt of the item.

In the unlikely event that your item is out-of-stock, we will notify you within one working day.

DELAYS

In the event that there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you, so please ensure the contact information that you have provided is up-to-date. If the revised date is unsuitable simply let us know and we will cancel and refund your order.

COURIERS

We use only our most trusted couriers to deliver your goods. Currently we use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Fed-Ex to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of your order.

Most of our couriers require a signature upon delivery, so to ensure timely delivery of your order please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the parcel.

PRICING

Shipping prices are automatically provided on our website. Simply add the required items to your basket and view postage costs on the basket page of our site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: VAT, TAXES, FEES AND LEVIES

Orders being delivered outside of the EU (including Channel Islands) will automatically have the VAT deducted at checkout once the delivery address is entered. Please note horse supplements, childrens clothing and books do not have VAT.

Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply depending on local legislation. Any customs or import duties charge when the goods have reached the destination are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise of the cost of any of these charges as they vary from country to country.

Some countries have restrictions on certain products and materials. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrictions that may affect the delivery of your order in your selected destination. You should contact your local customs office for any further information.

Returns are accepted for a full refund provided the items are returned within 30 days and are in unused condition with all the original packaging. Postage fees for returned items which do not have a manufacturing fault will not be refunded. Should you require an exchange, please return the item, re-order the exchange on eBay and we will refund your carriage.
