All orders with cleared payment by 3 pm are dispatched same day Monday - Friday.

Standard Shipping - RM48 4-6 working days FREE

Upgraded Shipping - For faster shipping, you can upgrade to RM24 in your eBay basket this is estimated to arrive within 2-4 working days but is not guaranteed. Please note we can not change the postage once the order has been confirmed

Next WORKING Day - Delivery available for orders with payment cleared by 3 pm. Any orders received after 3 pm will not be dispatched until the following day. Next day delivery does NOT include Saturdays.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you would like to return your item to us, eBay has an easy to use returns system (see FAQ's for help) or you can send directly to the address on the Business Seller Information at the bottom of each listing.

Should your item be faulty in any way please contact us via eBay and we will advise you of the next step. Please note we will usually ask for a photo of the fault which can be easily attached to an eBay message.

We will endeavor to refund within 7 working days of receipt. You must collect proof of postage to protect you against items lost by Royal Mail, this is a free receipt showing our postcode given by the post office.
