DO NOT match your physical measurements to the outside measurements of clothing.
Your best strategy is to measure an article of clothing that fits you well. Use those measurements to select clothing on eBay. Match measurements not size labels.
1. Length: 27" base of the collar to the bottom of the jacket
2. Sleeve Length: n/a center of the back (at the collar) to the shoulder area and then down the sleeve
3. Shoulder Width: 19" shoulder seam to shoulder seam
4. Chest: 48" arm pit to arm pit - then doubled
5. Bottom Hem: 43-50" side to side - then doubled (elastic from relaxed to stretched)
