We stock everything we sell. Ship same day if confirm payment received by 2pm EST.

We only use UPS, Purolator, Fedex or DHL where applicable. Other areas will be shipped via Canada Post. Additional shipping charges will apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guan, US Virgin Islandand, APO and FPO  (military and government base) outside of continental USA. Please message me for shipping charge before purchase.

Shipping insurance and tracking is included.

HST and / or GST will apply to all Canadian buyers.

Buyers are responsible for all import duty, custom fee and tax.

We ship WorldWide.  Any special requests in shipments must be confirmed with us prior to your sending payment to insure proper service.

• All sales are final after 14 Days.  No Return after 14 Days.

• Return within 14 days subject to 30% restocking charge after RMA is authorized.

• Shipping and handling  is non-refundable.

• Any presumed defective units must contact seller before return. 

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

• Units returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement will be shipped.

• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense.  

• We fully understand how critical it is to keep communications as smooth and quick as possible. Many issues could be resolved by themselves thru well communications. We are trying every effort to answer your questions and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Please note that our office is closed during weekend and holidays. If you do not receive our response within 24 hour  window, please contact us again. If still no response, most times it is because your email did not go thru successfully or you sent to the wrong email address.
