We offer combined P&P.

•For UK deliveries. If you buy 2-4 items, P&P costs make 50% from the total shipment costs. If you buy 5-10 items, P&P costs make 30% from the total shipment costs.

•Outside UK deliveries. Please, contact us timely to find out combined P&P costs.

•Items are dispatched 1 time per week (mainly Wednesdays). In the running Wednesday we dispatch those items which are paid until 12.00 of Tuesday. If you pay for items later, they are dispatched in the next shipment. Shipments are not made during the official holidays.

•For the UK deliveries we use MyHermes courier services. Should you have any questions about its operation, please consult the website www.myhermes.co.uk.

Information about item location. We have several warehouses, where we store our items. The largest one is in UK Stirling, but is possible, that some items will be shipped from other stock.

•Various services are used outside the UK deliveries (delivery OUTSIDE THE UK can take till 30 days, but normally it is faster).

•All shipments contain full tracking information. Upon receiving your tracking information, please, follow your tracked shipment! It will allow to receive your shipments timely and without complications.

All sizes are informative. The actual size of item depends on the manufacturer, country of origin, model, item condition and other factors. Considering that the item is used, its actual size may differ from the one indicated in manufacturer's label. Dear customers!

Due to approaching Christmas and New Year, we want to inform you about our working hours schedule. Our customer service will be available to answer all your questions all holiday time (except 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January), but our warehouse employees will be on Christmas vacation.

The last regular dispatching will be on December 18 morning.

During Christmas holidays all paid items will be prepared for dispatching ONCE around December 25 (after that our stock department will continue their vacation). These items (paid till 25^thDecember) will be dropped off at MyHermess on 29th December – first MyHermes working day after Christmas (pay attention that you possibly will not receive Items before New Year. Delivery time depends on MyHermes services speed on Winter holiday time).

Starting from January 4th our stock working hours will be as usual (all paid Items will be dispatched around this time).
