·        Serving sizes of 5mg -10mg seem the most common but please do your own research. 

      Weighing Suggestion: 10mg can be difficult to weigh even with mg scales, but if you mix 5g with say 45g of fine powder like Benefiber or rice flour, you could measure 100mg instead

      NOTE: You should always use accurate scales when measuring.
