Australia - Next Day Delivery

All Australian standard orders are shipped with Star Track Express Couriers for $8.99 - Orders of $89 or more are shipped with StarTrack Express Couriers for FREE! This is a 'Next Business Day' service and is accurate 96% of the time when you order by 4pm Sydney time. Delivery time is estimated at 1 business day for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas.

International Flat Rate Shipping

CostumeBox ships internationally with DHL couriers. A shipping fee applies to all orders, see below for details - some exceptions apply: heavy and large items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping.

Orders placed before 3.30pm Sydney time will be dispatched that same day.

DHL requires a signature on delivery, so please arrange your delivery to an address where someone will be able to accept your parcel during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm). If no one is going to be home, we recommend shipping to a work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues.

Please note that DHL do not deliver to PO Boxes (or similar) so a physical home or work address needs to be used.

Some parcels entering your country may incur additional customs fees or import duties.  The customer is responsible for any fees that may be charged by the government upon goods entering the country. CostumeBox is unable to mark your parcel as a ‘gift’ in order to avoid potential charges as this would be unlawful.

CostumeBox reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.
