Epsom salts are comprised of the compounds magnesium and sulphate. They are a wonderful natural treatment for the large range of ailments associated with magnesium deficiency.

The properties of Epsom Salts were first discovered in the 17th century by a farmer who lived and worked near Epsom in Surrey. He found a spring that was later found to be rich in magnesium sulphate, a mineral essential to health and well-being. The rest, as they say, is history.

The health benefits of Epsom Salts are many and varied, encompassing medicinal, cosmetic and therapeutic uses.

Bob's Best Epson Salts contain no additives.

Suggested Use

Foot soak; dissolve 150-300g per gallon of hot water. Bath soak; dissolve 300-600g in a full bath.

We offer a very easy exchange and refund policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price.

Goods must be un-used and in the same condition as when sold for a full refund. Please ensure you use sufficient packaging to ensure a safe delivery. We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods.

If you wish to exchange an item you may be liable for the additional postal fee. We will work this out on a order to order basis and we will endeavour to keep the return postage as low as possible. We will not charge any restocking or re-listing fees.
