S1+: Purple: Input 1 positive
S1-: Blue: Input 1 negative
S2+: Green: Input 2 positive
S2-: Orange: Input 2 negative
S3+: Yellow: Input 3 positive
S3-: White Input 3 negative
S4+: Red: Input 4 positive
S4-: Black Input 4 negative
Output connections:
GND: Green: Output negative / ground
4: Orange: Output 4 signal
3: Yellow: Output 3 signal
2: White: Output 2 signal
1: Red: Output 1 signal
VCC: Black: Low voltage positive 5v or 3.3v
It is quite easy to pop the wires out of the connectors and rearrange the colours if you wish.
