If you are requesting shipment to a prison, please make sure that the facility will accept mix CD's that are NOT factory sealed from Ebay.. CD cases shipped to prisons will be placed in a clear plastic baggie, but again, they are NOT factory sealed!! If items are rejected and returned by the prison facility, any refunds issued will be less shipping, packaging, handling, and a 20% restocking fee.
