If a clock can be described as attractive then this one certainly can. A Smiths brass marine ships clock.

It is in exceptionally good used condition and keeps good time.

The 6" dial is marked 'Smiths' & 'Made in Great Britain'. It is also marked with the tuning fork symbol which denotes the workings of this model are battery powered and date the clock to the early 1970's.

It is quite rare, the second hand moves in a silent sweeping action and there is no tick.

The clock face is crisp and clean and shows seconds, 12hr and 24hr markings.

4 brass Roundhead screws attach this clock to a wooden mounting plate which I believe is made of mahogany and consists of two octagonal pieces mounted one on top of the other. Creating a very interesting mount.
