• Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction.
• PayPal e-check is accepted and normally takes 5 business days to clear.
• Major credit card is accepted by phone, email, fax or via PayPal

• We usually ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. 
• Please be aware that weekends are not business days.
• "Free Shipping" applies to orders shipped within the USA (48 states)
• We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses
• Orders shipping to PR/HI/AK Will have an additional shipping charge and one day longer process time to ship order
• Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us.
• All purchases over $250.00 will require a signature by a person over the age of 21 upon delivery.
• Purchases made after 1:00pm Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We will send you a tracking number via eBay's email system when your item ships.

 International Buyers Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer    's  responsibility

•  Please check with your country's customs office to determine  what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

• We offer our customer's a 30 day return for replacement policy if item is defective other than that all sales are final. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us.
• All returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and in the same condition as when we shipped it. New merchandise must have all of the original packaging intact and blank warranty cards. Shipping fees are not refundable.
• If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one; however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

 Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
