Received something that's not quite right? You may return it withing 30 Days from the date you originally received it (excluding items marked "Final Sale")
Please note: A return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund when you use our return shipping label.
If you choose to use another shipping carrier, you will need to pay that carrier's shipping fee.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Cozy Beddings or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help. Please give us a call or drop us an e-mail we can assist.
International Buyers - Please note:
Import Duties, Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Final Sale
We will let you know when an item it's final sale by noting it in the item's bullet-ed description and also on your packing slip. Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
