if you don’t buy insurance ,you can save $ 3.50 for insurance fee .missing is very rare.
but when item is lost,there is no way to locate the item ,--the tracking information is not provided. I m not responsible for any missing once the items are dispatched without the insurance. the japan post cannot track and does not refund to us for missing without the tracking number .all you can do is just waiting.
if you hope to dispute and receive a full refund from my paypal account according to ebays policy when the items is lost in shipping, you have to pay $3.50 for registered tracking number.
if you keep E Bay rules, you have to pay for insurnace.
