SHIPING POLICY

Most of our products are Pre-Sale hence we have set a shipping and delivery cycle to 10 to 12 working days. Some items are also ready to be shipped from our Australia warehouse and they could be delivered quickly. Most of the items however will be shipped from our factory in Asia usually through reliable/tracked and FAST courier services such as DHL/FedEx and SkyNet etc.

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

We have a 14 days returns and refund policy, which starts the day, item is received by the buyer. Please note the following points for returns/exchange or refunds

  1. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
  2. Buyers are responsible to pay for the replacement shipping charges unless they were sent a faulty or Not as described item.
  3. Refunds due to did not like the item, change my mind etc or wrong size selection, actual shipping amount will be deducted from the refund
