Returns / Exchanges

We will be happy to return your item as long as it meets these conditions!

They are as follows:

1. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt.
2. We will not return an item for "Buyers Remorse".
3. We will not return a defective item. All manufacture defects will be handled by the manufacture itself.
4. In order to qualify for a refund the purchased item must be in the full retail package, unopened, unapplied, undamaged, "NEW" as you received it. NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. The return package must contain a note, with your eBay ID, indicating you are returning for a refund.
6. Both Domestic and International customers are responsible for any associated return shipping charges, fees and or taxes.
7. We recommend using reliable service with a tracking number so you can responsibly track the package.
8. All refunds are returned to the original method of payment.

If the item doesn't meet the criteria please do not return it to us. We will refuse it and return it back to you.

After we receive the item and inspect it we will exchange the item for the size you are requesting or refund you in full as directed. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. Again thank you for your business.

Domestic Shipping

All purchases ship the same day if the item is purchased before 3:00 PM MST. All orders ship via USPS First Class Package unless another method is selected and paid for by the consumer or otherwise stated. All orders are assigned a tracking number. Tracking numbers are emailed to the consumer and uploaded to eBay. Please refer to USPS for current tracking info.

Shipping Specifics to consider:

• All purchases are shipped in an Polyurethane Envelope unless otherwise stated.
• First Class duration is 4 - 7 Business Days depending on location.
• Priority Mail duration is 2 - 4 Business Days depending on location.
• We are not responsible for invalid addresses. If the item is returned to us we will immediately refund your purchase minus the accrued shipping charge.
• USPS Tracking Numbers are not real time and may only be scanned when the item is delivered.
• We are not responsible for theft or misplacement of packages.
• Please check your package status and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

International Shipping

All of our International Orders are processed through the eBay Global Shipping Program. Some specifics about the program are as follows:

• eBay is responsible for collecting the customs, duties and applicable taxes.
• Your place of residence or government sets the applicable customs, duties and tax rates.
• eBay arranges the International shipment.
• We never know the method used (FedEx, DHL, UPS etc etc) or when the package will arrive.
• Customs and Border agencies have the right to detain a package up to 30 days
• International shipment deliveries vary. Please plan accordingly.

Taxes & Duties

By law we are required to collect the current sales tax, for all deliveries, within the state of Utah. Sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout.
