This is a Harley Davidson stock/OEM black oil hose cover, part number H-D37175-99. It doesn't look very used, it looks like it was removed from the bike and replaced with a different one. There is no packaging, item comes exactly as pictured.
These estate items were from a man who had purchased a Harley Davidson and was replacing parts to customize it, but passed away before the project was complete. These are the extra/miscellaneous parts.
