I believe this is a 2003 model. Very hard to find Khe Goldfinger frame set. Has full 4130 CROMO tubing. Very strong tight feeling frame. The forks are Khe's Aluminum Flat fork.

Originally this frame had the integrated built in rotor head tube (F-Set Headtube). It was also 19.5 inch top tubes. I sent the frame over seas to France to a very reputable custom frame maker who has a strong reputation in the Bmx industry. I had him put on a new head tube and shorten the top tubes down to 18.5 inches. A very expensive customization had to take place inorder for the head tube to match the frame tubing and fork. This is NOT an F-SET built in rotor/head tube any more. It uses a typical new school Campy sealed bearing head set and standard gyro system! Last, a integrated style seat clamp was welded on. 

All parts shown in pictures are included. All parts are factory stock parts to this frame set. You get the frame, fork,seat, gold dice, seat post, chain, and cable.
