Excellent condition, and an excellent value.  Total shutter actuations are 92!  Clean all around, and the lens is fitted with a high quality B+W UV-Haze filter.

Comes with battery, charger, USB cable and unused neck strap.

Please note - does not come with user manual nor software, but each is available as free downloads from the Panasonic support website.
