There are no exchange or refunds on any item(s) that have been used or don't have its original packaging.

You may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return or exchange will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.

If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product.
